The winner will receive a $1,000 prize to be awarded as a $500 scholarship to the winner’s choice of post-secondary educational institution and a $500 contribution to her choice of a local nonprofit organization. The winner will be selected by a panel of judges from the community and will be announced by March 29, 2013.
